Application Area
Product for Stone & Tiles with Strong adhesion.
Application Procedure
- Clean the surface thoroughly.
- Take 100 gms. of Stone Bond in a bowl. add 3.5 grams or 90/100 drops of hardener (NH-C) then mix it thoroughly.
- Apply the mixture on the surface to be bonded with the help of an iron blade (Funner Patti).
- Apply some pressure to the bonded surface for strong adhesion and wipe the excess material.
- Let the Bond cure for 8-12 hrs
Surface Preparation:
- The surface should be free from oil, dust, grease and, moisture etc.
- The surface should be honed up to 220 no level or should be rough.
- Always mix the mastic and hardener in the proper ratio.
- Thorough mixing should be done.
- Use the mixture within 30 mins to avoid wastage.
- Always mix in small quantities.
Warning: Always wear gloves while application.
